CEI = ((BR + CS − ER) / (BR + CS − ECR)) × 100
Example values: BR = 100,000; CS = 500,000; ER = 80,000; ECR = 20,000.
CEI = ((100,000 + 500,000 − 80,000) / (100,000 + 500,000 − 20,000)) × 100 = 89.66%
