I have spent more than 20 years leading credit and collections functions across some of the world's largest and most complex organisations. From managing a team of 95 collectors in the US to running EMEA credit operations from Germany, I have built, fixed, and scaled AR functions in industries ranging from aerospace and technology to equipment rental and consumer electronics.
I built The Head of Credit because I saw a gap in the market. Most credit and collections content is either too academic, too generic, or written by people who have never actually sat in the seat. Everything published here comes from direct, practical experience of what works and what does not in the real world.
