What Payment Terms Mean
Terms like “Net 30” or “2/10 Net 30” define:

Common Term Structures

Proximo (Prox): Similar to EOM, payment due the specified number of days into the month following invoice date.

If Net 30 consistently becomes Net 58 with no consequence, your real terms are Net 58.
