The credit profession deserves a real conversation
I've been in credit for over 20 years. Led teams across multiple countries. Built departments from scratch. Navigated economic crashes, payment crises, and boardroom politics most people in this profession know all too well.
And in all that time, the thing that's helped me most isn't a textbook or a conference keynote. It's other credit professionals who were willing to be honest. The peer who told me what actually worked when a debtor went quiet. The colleague who'd been through the same dispute and warned me what was coming.
That kind of peer knowledge is priceless, and there's no good home for it. The Open Forum is that home.
Four conversations that matter
Three things this Forum will always be
I'm a credit and collections leader with 20+ years of international experience, across the US, UK, Europe, and beyond. I currently serve as Director of Credit & Collections at Sunstate Equipment, one of the largest equipment rental companies in the US.
I built The Head of Credit because the credit profession deserves better resources, better community, and better recognition. The Open Forum is the community piece, a place I wish had existed when I was coming up through the ranks.
I'll be in there. Not to broadcast, but to participate. Ask me anything.
